Strongest gusts will likely be in the Bear Valley, Potter Creek, and Rabbit Creek areas. * WHEN...Until 11 AM AKDT Friday. * IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds expected through about 6 AM early tomorrow morning.
