...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM AKDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow. Additional snow accumulations
between 4 and 10 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
Visibility reduced to one half mile at times due to blowing snow.

* WHERE...Whittier.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM AKDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Visibility reduced to one half mile at times. Travel
could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the
Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow moving in this evening and overnight
will coincide with strong westerly winds through Whittier.
