...BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM AKST THIS AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Winds gusting as high as 65 mph. * WHERE...Central Beaufort Sea Coast. * WHEN...Until 3 PM AKST Friday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
