...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT MONDAY NIGHT TO MIDNIGHT AKST TUESDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 68 below expected.

* WHERE...Central Arctic Plains, Central Beaufort Sea Coast, Eastern
Beaufort Sea Coast, and Northern Arctic Coast.

* WHEN...From midnight Monday Night to midnight AKST Tuesday Night.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 70 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes.
Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
exposed to these temperatures. Wind chill values can lead to
hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
