...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING TO LATE TUESDAY MORNING...

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Alabama...

Paint Rock River NEAR Woodville affecting Madison, Marshall and
Jackson Counties.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Paint Rock River near Woodville.

* WHEN...From this evening to late Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, The Butler Bottom Lowlands near the river
are flooded. High waters are approaching County Road 20 north of
the town of Paint Rock.
At 15.0 feet, Flood waters affect mostly bottomland along the
river...including low lying farm and pasturelands.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 6:00 PM CST Sunday the stage was 11.9 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tonight, then to a crest of 16.5 feet Monday afternoon. It
will then fall below flood stage Tuesday morning.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Alabama...

Flint River at Brownsboro affecting Madison County.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Flint River at Brownsboro.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Water floods a large field on the upstream
left bank and is flooding large portions of the downstream left
bank.
At 19.0 feet, Water begins to flood yards on the downstream side
of the Brownsboro Road bridge.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 6:30 PM CST Sunday the stage was 15.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this evening to a crest of 18.5 feet tomorrow morning.
It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
