***GUSTY EASTERLY WINDS EXPECTED THROUGH 10PM*** A back door cold front moving through the area will bring strong wind gusts behind it. Winds are rapidly shifting from westerly to easterly, and over the next couple hours, gusts will be increasing. Highest gusts near 30 kts will be occuring along the Albemarle Sound this evening. Croatan/Roanoke Sounds, Alligator River, and coastal waters from Duck to Oregon Inlet could see easterly gusts near 25 kts.
