* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 25 kt
with gusts up to 30 kt. For the Gale Warning, northwest winds 25
to 35 kt and seas building up to 5 to 9 ft.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine
FL out 20 NM.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 PM EST this
afternoon. For the Gale Warning, from 5 PM this afternoon to 7
AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
