seas 10 to 15 ft.

* WHERE...Portions of Atlantic coastal waters.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
