Details:
...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 945 PM MST THIS EVENING FOR SOUTHEASTERN COCHISE COUNTY...

At 812 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 0.7 and 1.2 inches of rain have
fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Douglas and Pirtleville.

This includes the following highways...
Route 80 between mile markers 363 and 370. Route 191 between mile
markers 1 and 3.

Information:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.

expected.

* WHERE...South Central Cochise County in southeastern Arizona...

* WHEN...Until 945 PM MST.

* IMPACTS...Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Some low-water
crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 749 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 0.8
and 1.3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Bisbee-Douglas Airport and McNeal.
- This includes Route 191 between mile markers 9 and 18.
