DUE TO GUSTY WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR PORTIONS OF NORTHERN
CALIFORNIA...

The National Weather Service in Sacramento CA has issued a Red Flag
Warning.

* AFFECTED AREA...The coastal foothills of Glenn and Colusa Counties.

* TIMING...From 11 AM Saturday to 11 AM PDT Monday.

* WINDS...Gusts 20 to 35 mph. South to southwest winds Saturday
morning and afternoon, becoming north to northeast Saturday evening
through Monday. Strongest winds in the afternoon and evenings over
the weekend.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Relative Humidity between 10 to 25 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.

Information:
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are
either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of strong winds,
low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can contribute to
extreme fire behavior.
