expected.

* WHERE...San Joaquin Valley

* WHEN...Until 5 AM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highways impacted include (but not limited to)
Interstate 5 and State Routes 41, 99, and 198.
