Southwestern Alamosa County in southeastern Colorado... * WHEN...Until 900 AM MDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding will occur in low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 852 AM MDT, flooding was occurring along the Rio Grande River in low lying and agricultural areas.
