For the Heat Advisory on Tuesday, heat index values up to 110 expected. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Alabama, the Eastern Florida Big Bend, and South Central and Southwest Georgia. * WHEN...For the first Heat Advisory, until 8 PM EDT /7 PM CDT/ this evening.
