* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, north winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts
up to 35 mph expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold
wind chills as low as 25 expected.

* WHERE...Coastal Duval County.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 9 AM EST
Monday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 1 AM to 10 AM EST
Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The
cold wind chills as low as 25 degrees could result in hypothermia
if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to
hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Information:
Swim near a lifeguard. If caught in a rip current, relax and
float. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in a
direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the
shore and call or wave for help.
