up to 35 mph. For the Frost Advisory, temperatures as low as 35
will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, northwest, and west
central Georgia.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 8 PM EDT this evening. For the
Frost Advisory, from 2 AM to 11 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost
could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants
