* WHAT...Very cold wind chills from -4 to 5 degrees for north Georgia
and from 5-15 degrees for central Georgia.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, southeast, and west
central Georgia.

* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Wind chills from 5 to 15 above across much of north and
portions of Middle Georgia are expected with wind chills as cold as
0 in the north Georgia mountains. Avoid prolonged exposure if
possible and have a safe heating source, particularly for those who
may be experiencing power outages.
