Louisa and Mercer Counties.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Keithsburg.

* WHEN...Until tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, water affects a campground along the river
at Keithsburg.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 14.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to slowly fall to below
flood stage by tonight.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.

Information:
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
