For the High Wind Warning, west winds 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Illinois and east central Iowa. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to 4 AM CDT Friday.
