For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures between 28 and 32 degrees expected. * WHERE...Shoshone/Lava Beds, Arco/Mud Lake Desert, Lower Snake River Plain, and Upper Snake River Plain. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 9 PM MDT this evening. For the Freeze Warning, from 3 AM to 9 AM MDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds could make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Unsecured objects may be blown around. Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft.
