...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 830 PM CDT FOR LA SALLE COUNTY...

At 814 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Leland to 7 miles southeast of Serena to near
Streator, moving east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Ottawa, Streator, Peru, La Salle, Marseilles, Sheridan, Lake Holiday,
Oglesby, Seneca, Somonauk, North Utica, Serena, Leland, Tonica, Grand
Ridge, Naplate, Millington, Dayton, Lostant, Ransom, Cedar Point,
Kangley, Leonore, Harding, and Wedron.

Information:
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for central,
north central and northeastern Illinois.

A tornado watch remains in effect for the warned area. Tornadoes can
develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. Although a tornado is not
immediately likely, if one is spotted act quickly and move to a place
of safety inside a sturdy structure, such as a basement or small
interior room.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
