* WHAT...Blizzard conditions possible. Total snow accumulations
between 4 and 9 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 60
mph.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Illinois and east
central and northeast Iowa.

* WHEN...From Sunday evening through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
blowing snow. Whiteout conditions are possible and may make travel
treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Travel could be very
difficult. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday
morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree
branches.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures are expected to steadily fall
Sunday evening through Monday morning, leading to slick road
conditions.
