expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 4 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds can blow down tree limbs and power lines.
Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles.
