...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL TUESDAY MORNING...

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers and
locations in Indiana...

East Fork White River at Seymour.

White River at Petersburg and Hazleton.

.As of late Saturday evening, lowland flooding continues at Seymour
on the East Fork White River in south central Indiana, and
Petersburg and Hazleton on the White River in southwest Indiana.
Flooding at Seymour will be concluding on the earlier side of
tonight, bringing an end to flooding on the East Fork.  Flooding on
the White River will come to an end during the first half of the
upcoming workweek.

Little or no rain through Thursday will allow river levels to
continue falling.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...White River at Petersburg.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Low bottomlands flood and flooding begins
on higher bottomlands.  State Road 257 may begin to flood if
Shoals gage reading is over 17 feet.  Private levees may be
overtopped in many cases.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:45 PM EDT Saturday /8:45 PM CDT Saturday/ the stage was
19.3 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 9:45 PM EDT Saturday /8:45 PM CDT Saturday/ was
19.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.6
feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
flood stage Monday evening.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.

Information:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.  Better chances of rain will arrive Friday and
continue through at least Saturday.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Most of the low bottomlands flood.
Flooding begins in higher bottomlands. High water affects any
residents in Pottsville river cabins. Pottsville Road...North C
Street on river side of railroad tracks and Catt Street near U.S.
Highway 41 are flooded. Water is near or starting on Giro Road in
the vicinity of submerged Pottsville Road. Oil stripped fields
flood. Flood gates must be installed at Hazleton.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- There is no current observed data.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early Wednesday morning and continue falling and remain below
flood stage.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
