Wabash River at Mount Carmel. .Minor to moderate flooding continues on the White River and minor flooding continues on the lower Wabash at Mount Carmel. Additional rainfall of half an inch to 1.25 inches from this morning through Friday morning was included in the forecast. The initial crest on the White is at Petersburg, but an additional lower crest is expected to start working its way down the river Thursday and bring minor flooding back to Elliston by Thursday evening.
