THE NEW WATCH IS VALID FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN KANSAS THE NEW WATCH INCLUDES 5 COUNTIES IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS ALLEN LABETTE MONTGOMERY NEOSHO WILSON THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF CHANUTE, COFFEYVILLE, FREDONIA, HUMBOLDT, INDEPENDENCE, IOLA, NEODESHA, AND PARSONS.
