Salt Creek At Barnard affecting Lincoln County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Salt Creek at Barnard. * WHEN...Until late tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, The North 250th Road by the Salt Creek Bridge will have water over the road in the section about 1/2 block north of the bridge where the road bends. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 22.1 feet and falling. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late tonight and continue falling to 12.6 feet Monday evening. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't drown.
