waves 10 to 15 feet expected.

* WHERE...The open waters of Lake Erie from Conneaut OH to
Buffalo NY.

* WHEN...From noon today to 8 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
