* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, dense fog will reduce
visibility to less than one nautical mile. For the Small Craft
Advisory, west winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt and
waves 3 to 5 ft expected.

* WHERE...Saxon Harbor WI to Black River MI.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 5 AM EDT /4 AM CDT/
early this morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 5 AM
EDT /4 AM CDT/ to 2 PM EDT /1 PM CDT/ Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low
