Additional snow accumulations up to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 8 and 11 inches possible. * WHERE...Ottawa and Muskegon Counties. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 7 AM EST Friday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Saturday morning through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes. Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Visibility and road conditions may change rapidly over short distances in lake effect snow.
