* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, lake effect snow.
Additional snow accumulations up to 4 inches. Winds gusting as
high as 35 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow possible.
Total snow accumulations between 8 and 12 inches possible.

* WHERE...Cass MI, Northern Berrien, Southern Berrien, and St.
Joseph MI Counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 7 AM EST Friday. For
the Winter Storm Watch, from late Friday night through Sunday
afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday
morning commutes and again late Friday night through Sunday
afternoon.
