...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Missouri...

Grand River near Brunswick affecting Chariton and Carroll Counties.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Grand River near Brunswick.

* WHEN...From Thursday evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Flooding of low-lying areas occurs along
the west bank of the Grand River near the U.S. Highway 24 bridge
about 1 mile west of Brunswick. At 22.0 feet, Low-lying areas along
the east bank of the Grand River near the U.S. Highway 24 bridge
begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- There is no current observed data.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow evening and continue rising to a crest of 23.5 feet
Sunday morning.
- Flood stage is 19.0 feet.

Grand River near Sumner affecting Linn, Livingston, Chariton and
Carroll Counties.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Grand River near Sumner.

* WHEN...From Thursday morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Bottomland 1 to 2 miles south of the gage
begins to flood. At 26.0 feet, Rural land adjacent to the river is
flooded. At 28.0 feet, Rural roads are under water. At 37.0 feet,
State Highway 139 floods a half mile east of Sumner.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 20.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow morning and continue rising to a crest of 37.7 feet
Friday evening.
- Flood stage is 26.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Low-lying rural areas outside of levees
begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- There is no current observed data.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 19.4 feet tomorrow evening. It
will then fall below flood stage late Friday morning to 16.0 feet
early Sunday morning. It will rise to 16.9 feet Monday morning.
It will then fall again and remain below flood stage.
- Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

- At 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 19.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to flood stage tomorrow morning.
It will then fall to 16.7 feet Saturday evening. It will rise to
17.5 feet early Monday morning. It will then fall again and
remain below flood stage.
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
