...HIGH SURF ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM CHST THURSDAY... ...HIGH RIP CURRENT RISK REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Large breaking increasing to 7 to 10 feet. Dangerous rip
currents.

* WHERE...North and east facing reefs of the Marianas.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM ChST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and
localized beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the best
swimmers away from shore into deeper water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Another pulse of north to northwest swell
arrives early this morning, allowing surf to increase back up to
hazardous levels of 9 feet. Surf along west facing reefs may
decrease below hazardous levels Tuesday night or Wednesday, but hazardous surf along north facing
reefs is expected to continue through late Wednesday night.

Information:
Rip currents will be life threatening. Inexperienced swimmers
should remain out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions.

Rip currents will be life threatening. If caught in a rip
current, relax and float. Don't swim against the current. If
able, swim in a direction following the shoreline. If unable to
escape, face the shore and call or wave for help.
