For the Extreme Cold Watch, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 12 possible. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Alabama, northwest Florida, and southeast Mississippi. * WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, until noon CST Monday. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from late Monday night through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. Temperatures this cold can possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
