Additional sleet and snow accumulations less than one inch. * WHERE...The northwest Piedmont of central North Carolina. * WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Significant ice accumulation on power lines and tree limbs may cause widespread and long-lasting power outages.
