For the second Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 13 below expected. * WHERE...In Georgia, Rabun County. In North Carolina, Buncombe, Graham, Henderson, Macon, Southern Jackson, and Transylvania Counties. * WHEN...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST this morning. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to noon EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 5 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
