...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO 9 AM EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills down to around 10 degrees above zero
expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast North Carolina and northeast South
Carolina.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia or
frostbite if precautions are not taken. Frostbite and hypothermia
will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.

Information: 
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.
