For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds around 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * WHERE...Portions of north central North Dakota. * WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight to 10 AM CST Tuesday. For the Wind Advisory, until 6 PM CST this evening. * IMPACTS...The very cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Objects left unsecured outside will be blown around. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong northwest winds will promote areas of blowing snow, which may briefly reduce visibility to around one half mile.
