Expect minimum relative humidity as low as 20 percent mid to late this afternoon. West to northwesterly winds sustained to around 40 mph and peak gusts as high as 70 mph are expected north of Interstate 94, with sustained winds to 50 mph and peak gusts to 80 mph south of Interstate 94. Any fires that ignite could spread rapidly and become difficult to control. * WINDS...West-northwest to around 40 mph with peak gusts up to 70 mph north of Interstate 94, while winds are expected to be sustained to 50 mph with gusts to 80 mph south of Interstate 94. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 20 percent. * AFFECTED AREA...Portions of western North Dakota. * IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become difficult to control or suppress.
