* WHAT...Northwest winds around 40 mph with gusts up to 70 mph
expected.

* WHERE...Much of central North Dakota.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT /midnight MDT/ Friday.

* IMPACTS...There could be some damage to roofs, small outbuildings
and signs. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile
vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Significantly reduced visibilities are
possible wherever strong winds combine with areas of falling snow.
