Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms may repeatedly redevelop over the same locations in parts of southeast Nebraska and southwest Iowa leading to localized areas of flooding late Sunday night into early Monday. - weather.gov/safety/flood
