* WHAT...Very cold wind chills from 5 below to 15 above expected
across the advisory area.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast New Mexico and southwest and western
Texas.

* WHEN...From 5 PM MST /6 PM CST/ this afternoon to 8 AM MST /9 AM
CST/ Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia and
frostbite if precautions are not taken.

Information:
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Bring pets indoors, or ensure that they have warm, dry shelter.

Make sure outdoor animals have a warm, dry shelter, food, and
