...The Flood Advisory continues for the following rivers in Nevada...

Owyhee River near Mountain City affecting Elko County.

.The Owyhee River near Mountain City is just below flood stage, and
is expected to remain at or around it's current stage through today.
Expected rainfall beginning Saturday could increase flows again,
pushing levels to above minor flood stage once again.

For the Owyhee River...including Wildhorse Dam, Wildhorse, Mountain
City...elevated river levels are forecast.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by snowmelt continues.

* WHERE...Owyhee River near Mountain City.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Minor flooding along the river channel.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:55 AM PDT Friday the stage was 7.0 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 7.7 feet early Sunday
morning. It will then fall to 7.6 feet late Sunday morning.
It will rise to 7.7 feet Sunday afternoon. It will then fall
again and remain below flood stage.
- Action stage is 7.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
