Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Hamilton and Northern Herkimer Counties. * WHEN...From 11 AM Friday to 2 PM EDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. Heavy snow will reduce visibility to less than a half mile at times. Maximum snowfall rates will reach 1 inch per hour at times. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will develop late Friday morning into early Friday afternoon and will become heavy at times. Snow will persist in most areas Friday night into early Saturday afternoon.
