...Forecast flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity for the
following rivers in Ohio...

Tiffin River at Stryker affecting Defiance, Fulton OH and
Williams Counties.

For the Tiffin River...including Stryker...Moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Tiffin River at Stryker.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water will cover portions of state routes
191 and 34, and county road F.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:00 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 13.8 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 11:00 AM EDT Thursday was 13.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.8
feet early Saturday morning.
- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

and Allen IN Counties.

For the Saint Joseph River Ohio...including Montpelier, Newville...
Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Saint Joseph River Ohio below Montpelier.

* WHEN...Until early Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, County Road K, one mile southwest of
Montpelier is flooded. Flood waters affect the southeast side of
Pioneer and cover large areas of low land and agricultural land
near the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 13.2 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:00 AM EDT Thursday was 13.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.1
feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage
early Monday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
