Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Saint Joseph River Ohio below Montpelier. * WHEN...Until early Tuesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, County Road K, one mile southwest of Montpelier is flooded.
