* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, and southeast
Oklahoma, including the following counties, in east central
Oklahoma, Central and Southern Sequoyah, Cherokee, Muskogee,
Northern Sequoyah and Okfuskee. In northeast Oklahoma, Adair,
Craig, Creek, Delaware, Mayes, Northeast Osage, Nowata, Okmulgee,
Ottawa, Pawnee, Rogers, Southeast Osage, Tulsa, Wagoner,
Washington OK and Western Osage. In southeast Oklahoma, Central Le
Flore, Haskell, Latimer, McIntosh, Northern Le Flore, Pittsburg
and Southern Le Flore.

* WHEN...Through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Additional widespread thunderstorm development is probable
overnight
Wednesday night and through the daytime Thursday. Heavy
rainfall
rates of one to two inches per hour are likely, leading to
more
flooding potential.
