...The Flood Watch continues for the following rivers in Oregon...

Trask River near Tillamook affecting North Oregon Coast Range
Lowlands and Tillamook County Coast zones.

* WHAT...Flooding is possible.

* WHERE...Trask River near Tillamook.

* WHEN...Until early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Above 16.5 feet, expect minor flooding along the lower
Trask River. Dairy farms, buildings, and a few residences adjacent
to the Trask in the vicinity of Hwy 101 may be threatened.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 AM PDT Thursday the stage was 15.0 feet.
- Forecast...Flood stage may be reached based on the latest
forecast information.
- Flood stage is 16.5 feet.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Oregon, including the following
areas, Clackamas County Cascade Foothills, Clatsop County Coast,
East Central Willamette Valley, East Portland Metro, Inner
Portland Metro, Lower Columbia River, North Oregon Coast Range,
North Oregon Coast Range Lowlands, Outer Southeast Portland Metro,
Portland West Hills and Chehalem Mountain, Tillamook County Coast,
Tualatin Valley, West Central Willamette Valley, West Columbia
River Gorge I-84 Corridor and West Columbia River Gorge of Oregon
above 500 ft and southwest Washington, including the following
areas, Cowlitz County Lowlands, East Clark County Lowlands, Inner
Vancouver Metro, North Clark County Lowlands, South Washington
Cascade Foothills, West Columbia River Gorge SR 14 Corridor,
Willapa Hills and Willapa and Wahkiakum Lowlands.

* WHEN...Through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks
and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
Landslides and debris flows are possible during this flood event.
People, structures, and roads located below steep slopes, in
canyons, and near the mouths of canyons may be at serious risk
from rapidly moving landslides.
