* WHAT...Snow will begin early Wednesday afternoon. A period of
heavier snow is possible from later in the day into Wednesday
evening, where snowfall rates could briefly reach an inch per
hour. Snowfall should trend lighter late Wednesday night into
early Thursday morning. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 5
inches.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From noon Wednesday to 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning
commutes.
