* WHAT...Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations between 2
and 4 inches. Winds gusting between 25 and 35 mph at times.

* WHERE...Tioga County.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning
commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow will be late tonight and
Friday.
