...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM EST MONDAY... * WHAT...Patchy light snow will prevail overnight. Isolated pockets of freezing drizzle could occur as well. * WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania. * WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Widespread and prolonged travel disruptions are expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...While snowfall amounts will be on the light side, travel will likely remain poor given the frigid temperatures. In addition low wind chills are expected into Monday morning. Blowing and drifting snow is expected, mainly after daybreak Monday.
Consider delaying all travel. Motorists should use extreme caution if travel is absolutely necessary.
