* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected. Seas 8 to 13 ft at 16
seconds and south winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt
expected.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 10 PM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
Columbia River Bar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 4.89 kt at 1008 AM Monday.
