* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, north winds 20 to 30 kt
with localized gusts up to 35 kt and steep seas 6 to 9 at 7 to 8
seconds expected. For the Hazardous Seas Watch, north winds 25
to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and very steep and hazardous
seas 7 to 11 ft at 8 seconds possible.

* WHERE...Conditions hazardous to small craft will affect all the
area. Very steep hazardous seas may affect areas south of Port
Orford beyond 2 nm from shore on Wednesday.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 11 AM Tuesday to 11
PM PDT Wednesday. For the Hazardous Seas Watch, from Wednesday
morning through Wednesday evening.
