Counties.

Sabine River Near Beckville affecting Harrison, Gregg, Panola and
Rusk Counties.

Sabine River At Longview affecting Gregg and Rusk Counties.

Sabine River Near Mineola affecting Smith and Wood Counties.

Sabine River Near Gladewater affecting Smith, Wood, Gregg and
Upshur Counties.

Sabine River Near Hawkins affecting Smith, Wood and Upshur
Counties.

For the Sabine River...including Mineola, Hawkins, Gladewater,
Longview, Beckville, Logansport...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Sabine River near Gladewater.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 36.0 feet, Expect moderate to severe flooding with
some secondary roadways near the river to be closed. Also homes
will be threatened with flooding and preparations should be
completed for a major flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:15 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 34.4 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 25.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 9:15 PM CDT Saturday was 34.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 32.4 feet
Thursday evening.
- Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
34.2 feet on 01/01/1987.
